Shaolin Soccer

In 2001, A film titled Shaolin Soccer, which was directed by Stephen Chow, was very popular in China mainland and Hongkong. In the film, soccer players mixed Shaolin Kong Fu into soccer, and successed in the end.

Recently, the Shaolin Monks Traning Base established a youth football school, they combined Shaolin Kung Fu into soccer, it is a reality vesion of Stephen Chow's Shaolin Soccer.

Chinese soccer is in the doldrums, the base leader said he hoping it will be helpful to raise the soccer trainning level.
