China's GDP grows 8.7% in 2009

According to the official data today,China's economy expended 8.7% in 2009.

Gerneral Information about GDP in 2009

The total amount of GDP reached 33.54 trillion yuan (4.91 trillion U.S.dollars) in 2009. The last quarter of 2009, the GDP gorws 10.7%, and the GDP grows of the first three quarters are 6.2%, 7.9%, 9.1% respectively.
2008 and 2009 are two difficult year for the government, the global financial crisis has not over, many economist attributed the economy recover to the implementation of the proactive fiscal policy and moderately loose monetary policy. Since November 2008, the government has adopted a series of stimulus measures, including a 4-trillion yuan stimulus package, tax cuts, and consumer subsidies to shore up growth and employment.

SMS is Getting Normal in Xinjiang

I saw a pop-up windows from QQ and shows that short messages service is getting normal in Xinjiang province gradually, in other word, SMS is still not working in part of Xinjiang province. Here is the screenshot of the news.

This message also shows that at the end of last year (2009), part of websites is available in Xinjiang, but I still can't access to some webistes located in Xinjiang.
Although SMS is getting normal gradually, but I think keywords filtering is still on.
